English-Azerbaijani (Latin Script) Talking Partner Dictionary for Windows provides bidirectional word translation and English speech synthesis.

The dictionary is easy to install on a desktop computer. It translates words from English to Azerbaijani and from Azerbaijani to English.

The target word is displayed with its synonyms. The reverse translations are also provided. You can either key in the word or use the Quick Search function. Simply enter the first few characters, and the program will display the words starting with these letter combinations along with their translations.

The dictionary has full Azerbaijani language support: it provides the typing of the unique Azerbaijani characters. The friendly user interface makes it simple to switch between Azerbaijani and English.

The ability to pronounce English words is the distinguishing feature of this software translator. Now you don't have to check the transcription, merely select the word and with one click make the speech synthesizer pronounce it for you.
